About Us

Founded in 2006 by Chris Edwardes and Amanda Blanch, drink pimps specialises in everything bar. Chris has a vast amount of experience in bars, restaurants, hotels and nightclubs and Amanda specialises in interior design, public relations and event programming. They both own Blanch House Hotel in Brighton (one of the best known boutique hotels in the country) and The Hanbury Club, a live music venue also in Brighton. Both venues were designed by Amanda and are run by Chris, Amanda and their excellent team of staff.

As a company they have the pick of some of the best cocktail bartenders and floor staff in Britain to call on for events and training schools. We pride ourselves in quality drinks, service, style and attitude.
