Bar School

Bar school is an adventure into the fascinating world of cocktails. it is both informative and fun and incorporates the history of the cocktail, an explanation of the entire bar equipment, training in classic and modern cocktail recipes and plenty of hands-on behind the bar.

The bar school comes in many shapes and sizes. There is a monthly course on Monday nights at Blanch House or your can do a corporate day course or an afternoon. If you are feeling adventurous we are running one week courses in Morzine in the French Alps during the summer months combined with other activities such as white water raftingadfn or those who are particularly flush on Norman Cook and Zoe Ball's beautiful boat on the med.

We can also bring the bar to you at your offices or after business lunches, the scope is endless. Tell us what and where you want it and we will attempt to arrange it.
